The work you can't see is the work worth checking
We specialise below grade on purpose. It's the part of plumbing where a customer has the least ability to verify what they're being told — which is exactly why it deserves the most evidence.
Why a ground section
Everything we work on sits at a depth. A gas run is shallow. A cleanout riser is a couple of feet. A sewer lateral is typically several. Yard drainage lives right at the surface. Once you think about the property as a section rather than a floor plan, the whole trade organises itself.
That's why the drawing on our homepage is a cross-section, why our service pages carry a depth marker, and why our technicians will happily sketch one for you on site. Understanding roughly how deep your problem sits tells you most of what you need to know about what fixing it involves.
Four things we hold to
Locate first
Path and depth marked before a shovel moves, so the excavation happens once.
Show the footage
You watch the camera run. A diagnosis you can't see isn't worth much.
Price both methods
Trenchless and open-cut side by side, including when digging is the better value.
Name our limits
Hauling, electrical, structural, landscaping — stated plainly, with referrals where we have them.
Claims we won't make
That trenchless is always cheaper than digging — per foot it usually isn't, it just saves restoration. That a liner can rehabilitate a collapsed pipe. That enzyme additives replace pumping a grease trap. That we know your property's permitting or interceptor requirements better than the authority that sets them. That a drainage system makes standing water impossible regardless of grading and rainfall. Each of those is a common sales line, and each is either wrong or not ours to promise.
West side, working citywide
We work from Castroville Rd on the west side, covering San Antonio and surrounding communities within roughly 25 miles. If you're near the boundary, ask before booking — a straight no on the phone beats a cancellation on the day.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, for plumbing work in the State of Texas, and we carry insurance appropriate to excavation work. Gas piping is permitted and inspected as standard on our jobs rather than treated as optional.
What don't you do?
Grease waste pumping and hauling (that needs a liquid waste hauler's licence), electrical work beyond connecting our own equipment, foundation and structural repair, waterproofing, landscaping and regrading, and water damage restoration. We run into all of these and will name them rather than stretching our scope.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind our workmanship and will return if something we installed isn't right. Products like pipe liners carry their own manufacturer design lives and warranties, which we'll quote you accurately rather than rounding up. Drainage systems we'll be specific about, because their performance also depends on grading and rainfall outside our control.
How do I know the recommendation isn't oversold?
Ask to see the camera footage — we'll show it either way. Underground work is the easiest place in this trade to oversell precisely because the customer can't see the pipe, so the only real answer is putting the evidence on a screen and pricing both methods when both fit.
Want to talk it through first?
No obligation. Describe what you're seeing and we'll tell you what it usually means.
