Frequently asked questions
Why is this list mostly underground work?
Because that's where we're genuinely strongest and where honest diagnosis matters most. Below-grade jobs are expensive, hard for a homeowner to verify, and easy to oversell — which is exactly why we specialise there rather than covering every fixture in the house.
Do you handle emergencies?
We take urgent calls and prioritise active backups and sewage issues. Availability varies by day, so call and we'll give you a real window rather than a promise we can't keep.
Can one visit cover several issues?
Often, if you mention everything when booking. Underground work needs specific equipment on the truck, so a second issue raised on arrival sometimes means a second trip.
What documentation do you provide?
Camera footage on request for any line we inspect, before-and-after footage on lining jobs, permit and inspection records where the work required them, and an itemised invoice.
My problem isn't on this list. Should I still call?
Yes, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's ours. Plenty of what we get called about turns out to be a fixture problem or a drainage issue rather than a sewer failure, and knowing which is useful in itself.
Not sure which one applies?
Describe what's happening above ground and we'll tell you which service it points to — or that it doesn't need one yet.
